MM RENOV: Excellence in High-End Renovation in Paris

Why is MM RENOV a reference for high-end renovation in Paris 6th, 7th and Neuilly?

MM RENOV has established itself as a reference for luxury renovation and interior architecture in Paris 6th (Saint-Germain-des-Prés), Paris 7th (Les Invalides, Champ-de-Mars) and Neuilly-sur-Seine first, and also across all of Paris and Île-de-France. We bring bespoke interior architecture, rigorous site management and elite craftspeople together under a single project lead, delivering Haussmann apartments, hôtels particuliers and exceptional residences finished to the standard they deserve.

Where we work

  • Paris 6th — Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Luxembourg
  • Paris 7th — Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Faubourg Saint-Germain
  • Neuilly-sur-Seine
  • Also: all of Paris and Île-de-France

Expert command of Haussmann buildings and Paris's exceptional heritage

Mouldings, cornices and ceiling roses, Hungarian-point or French-pattern parquet, marble fireplaces, generous ceiling heights and original joinery: every project in a Haussmann building or hôtel particulier starts with a precise survey of what exists and an assessment of what should be kept, restored or reinvented. Our teams know the constraints specific to old Parisian buildings — timber floors, load-bearing walls, shared risers, co-ownership rules — and build them into the design from day one, modernising without ever betraying the character of the place.

  • Restoration of period plasterwork, mouldings and parquet
  • Electrical and plumbing upgrades that respect the historic fabric
  • Liaison with the syndic, the building's architect and, where required, the Architecte des Bâtiments de France

A turnkey service, from interior architecture to luxury finishes

A single point of contact carries your project from the first sketch to the handover of the keys. The interior architecture defines volumes, flow, light and materials; a dedicated site manager then orchestrates every trade against a firm schedule and a line-by-line quote. Natural stone, fine woods, brass, decorative plasters and bespoke joinery are selected and installed with the care a prestige residence demands — ideal for owners who live abroad or cannot follow the works day to day.

  • Plans, renderings and a materials book before any work begins
  • One site manager and a weekly site report
  • High-end finishes and a point-by-point handover inspection

Our three commitments

Rigorous project management

A contractual schedule, an itemised quote, weekly photo reports and one accountable contact for timing, budget and a clean, orderly site.

Bespoke architectural design

Every interior is designed around the people who live in it: optimised volumes, lighting, built-in storage and fitted furniture drawn room by room.

Elite craftsmanship

Experienced painters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and parquet specialists, covered by ten-year decennial insurance and used to the standards of prestige addresses.

Frequently asked questions about high-end renovation in Paris 6th, 7th and Neuilly

Request your study

How much does a high-end renovation cost in the 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th or 16th arrondissement or in Neuilly?

The budget depends on the floor area, the condition of the property, the level of finish and the materials chosen (natural stone, bespoke joinery, home automation), as well as access constraints specific to the building. Rather than a generic price per square metre, we prepare a free, itemised study and quote for every project, sent within 24 hours of your request and refined after the site visit. The agreed price is fixed: nothing extra is ever charged without your prior written approval.

How long does a full Haussmann apartment renovation take?

Duration depends on the scope of works, the floor area and permit lead times. A partial renovation (kitchen, bathroom) is generally measured in weeks; a full apartment or hôtel particulier renovation in months. The design phase, co-ownership approval and any planning permissions also need to be allowed for upfront. You receive a firm, milestone-by-milestone schedule before work starts.

Which regulations apply to works in Paris's historic arrondissements and in Neuilly?

In Paris, works are governed by the Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU): any change to the exterior (windows, shutters, façade, roof) requires at least a déclaration préalable. Much of the 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th arrondissements lies near listed monuments or within a protected area, such as the 7th arrondissement's Plan de Sauvegarde et de Mise en Valeur, in which case the Architecte des Bâtiments de France must be consulted. In Neuilly-sur-Seine, the town's own PLU applies, with its own appearance rules. In every case, works affecting common parts or load-bearing walls must be approved at the co-owners' general meeting, with a structural study for any opening in a load-bearing wall. Noisy-work hours and use of the street (skips, scaffolding) are also regulated. We prepare the paperwork and coordinate these steps for you.

Can you manage the works if I don't live in Paris?

Yes. Many of our clients live abroad or outside Paris. We handle access, liaise with the syndic and the building caretaker, and send you a weekly photo report, in English or French, so you can follow progress remotely.
